Boxing icon Mike Tyson and YouTube star Jake Paul get ready to square off in the ring. In the face of “Iron” Mike, will the “Problem Child” prove his mettle?
On June 20, YouTuber Jake Paul has extended an invitation to former US President Donald Trump to attend his fight night with Iron “Mike” Tyson.
In an appearance with FOX News, Jake extended an invitation to the former president, smirking and said, “Trump, if you’re watching this, this is an invite.”
“I would love to see you at the fight since I know you used to support Tyson. Vivek attended my other altercation. And, of course, Barron Trump, the silver fox. “So, Donny, please arrive; we have tickets for you,” he continued.
Netflix will be the only platform to stream the live bout between the two when it takes place in Dallas, Texas.
For the Tyson fight, Jake Paul wants the rules changed.
Speculations regarding the rules being changed for the fight have been rife, given the considerable age and weight differences between the two fighters. In an apparent attempt to lessen the blows, several sources advise wearing heavier boxing gloves and head guards.
Jake Paul and Mike lobbied for the fight to be considered professional, even though it was first classified as an exhibition bout.
Jake challenges the heavyweight icon Tyson, saying, “Mike and I want this to be a pro fight, full face shots,” as Paul stated to FOX News, despite Tyson’s admission that the match is really a demonstration.
That request is being made to the commission by us. We are in full-scale combat.
Paul refuted allegations that he was limited in his ability to strike punches, denied rumors that he was wearing large gloves, and declared his intention to engage in an unrestrained altercation. He emphasized, “It’s all bogus news. There have been all these fake movies about us not being able to hit each other and that we’ll be wearing enormous gloves.
Although Tyson is older, Paul, who has nine victories from ten professional fights, expects an intense test from the latter. He is the bigger man in a heavyweight battle, but I am the faster man, so I think he is underestimating me. I really, genuinely think that. Even though I’m fresh, he’s the much stronger man. He has experience. Although I am intelligent, he might be more so in the ring. People who see the training videos believe he is unbeatable, and it’s an extremely intriguing match-up.
