Malik gave the project a sneak peek on Instagram last week with a brief video. “I think the intention behind this album fully is for the listener to get more insight on me personally as a human being,” the musician stated in the video.

The “Pillowtalk” performer continued, “My goals, my fears… and for them to have a connection with that.” “And that’s why it’s so raw, you know?”

“I’m the only one writing this. “I wanted no one else to stand in the way of the music, the listeners, and myself,” he said in closing.

In what seemed to be a sneak peek at a new song, Malik sang at the end of the video, “If I told you I loved you, would you say that it’s f—ed up?”

What does Rolling Stone have to say about Zayn Malik?

Rolling Stone revealed last month that Dave Cobb, who is well-known for his work in the country and rock genres with musicians like Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlile, and Lady Gaga, is co-producing his next album.

According to the publication, Malik wrote the album by himself at his Pennsylvania house for many years before reaching out to the Grammy-winning producer.
“I was struck by Zayn’s voice; it conveys empathy, love, grief, triumph, and sorrow all at once. Cobb said to Rolling Stone, “I feel like this record is taking the glass out of his spirit and giving it to his fans directly.” “With this record, Zayn has truly created his own universe; he speaks from the heart and truly has no fear.”
Last year, Malik stated, “I’m working on a record that I don’t think people will really be expecting,” in an interview with Call Her Daddy. For me, it sounds different.

Zayn Malik’s promo accounts are overwhelmed as the drought is over for Z’s fans. They have started making theories regarding his upcoming album.
